Worthvia privacy draft

Worthvia is designed around private, user-uploaded finance and travel files. The app should never ask for bank passwords, card numbers, OTP codes, or raw banking session cookies.

Data used by the app

Imports are stored as private source files, raw parsed rows, and normalized ledger rows so every report can be audited and corrected.

Cookies and local preferences

Essential cookies are used for sign-in sessions and security. The selected app language is also saved as a first-party preference cookie so the app can open the same language before workspace data is loaded.

Optional analytics and marketing cookies are not active in the MVP. If they are added later, they must be documented here and controlled by explicit consent before loading.

Before production

This draft still needs the final legal entity, support contact, retention/export/deletion process, and jurisdiction review before public launch.
